About Ritika Cargo Movers
A Pune-based packers and movers team focused on safe handling, honest pricing and on-time delivery.
Who we are
Ritika Cargo Movers is a Pune moving company with more than five years of experience and over 1000 homes shifted. We started with a simple belief: a move should feel organised and fair from the first call to the last carton.
Today we handle household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transport, packing and storage, locally across Pune and on intercity routes.
How we work
- Free survey and written quote so you know the price before you commit
- Trained crew who handle furniture and fragile items with care
- Clear communication from booking to unloading
- Respect for your society’s rules on timings, lifts and parking
What we believe makes a good move
A good move is quiet. Nothing is lost, nothing is broken, the crew arrives when they said they would, and the bill matches the quote. We keep to that standard by surveying before we quote, packing with the right material for every item, and telling you in advance about anything that could change the plan, such as a lift that is out of order or a society that restricts vehicle hours.
We train new crew members on the same basics every time: protect floors and lift walls, wrap furniture before it is carried, lift with a partner, and never stack fragile boxes under heavy ones. These habits are simple, but they are the reason customers recommend us to friends and relatives.
Where we work
We serve Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including Hinjewadi, Baner, Kothrud, Hadapsar and Kharadi, and run regular routes to Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other cities. See all areas we serve and our moving guides.

Our services at a glance
We provide household shifting, local shifting, office relocation, car and bike transport, packing and unpacking and storage. Each is run by trained crews and supervised by a named contact. Together they cover most of the needs of a family or business that is moving in, out of or within Pune.
Our crew and how we train them
A moving company is only as good as its crew. New team members work alongside experienced loaders before they handle a job on their own. They learn how to wrap furniture, pack fragile goods, carry heavy items safely, protect floors and lifts, and talk politely with customers and society staff. Supervisors are trained to survey, estimate and manage the day. We do not rush crews or overload vehicles, because a tired or hurried crew is the main cause of damage.
We also encourage feedback. If a crew member did something well, tell us. If something went wrong, tell us that too, so we can fix it. That honest loop is how a service improves.
Our promise to customers
- A clear, written quote and no surprise charges on moving day.
- Careful packing with the right material for each item.
- Punctual arrival and a supervisor who stays in touch.
- Respect for your home, your society and your neighbours.
- Prompt attention if something needs to be fixed.
If we ever fall short of this, we want to know. You can reach us on the phone number in the header or by email at info@ritikamovers.in.
Why Pune families recommend us
Most of our new customers come from recommendations: a colleague who moved last year, a neighbour who needed a quick shift, a relative who relocated to another city. That kind of trust grows slowly, and we protect it by treating every move, large or small, with the same care. Whether you are moving a single room in Kothrud or a full home from Hinjewadi to Bangalore, we aim to make it a story you tell with relief rather than frustration.
